Initial Production Check (IPC)

Before production is started we check that all conditions for it are met.

DUPRO can take place when at least 20% of the production is completed.

Also called Pre-Shipment Inspection, it is done once the whole production is over and at least 80% of the goods is packed.

Our inspector is on site during the whole container loading process, from loading to seal placing.

What we check: quantity of cartons/pallets loaded, loading method and container sealing.

For the most sensitive orders we follow your order from before the production to the loading, on a daily basis and on site.
