Classification of the results:
Most of parameters can be classified as ''poor/acceptable/good/perfect''. According to the result we will propose a solution the factory should apply. In the case the incidence of the result is too high, we will directly liaise with the client and decide together action should be taken.
Mechanical of the Cabinets
Purpose of the Test:
- We evaluate the quality of your cabinets.
Parameters to check:
- welding strengh
- painting quality
- finishing
- presence of label/logo
Solution in case of failure: Rebuild / modify the cabinets
Assembling of the Screen
Purpose of the Test:
- For fix installation: we assemble the screen as it will be
assembled on site.
- For rental: we assemble the screen according to your most commun
configuration and hang it up.
Parameters to check:
- presence of gaps
- easiness of assembling
- hanging & lock system
- presence of label/logo
Solution in case of failure: Re-assemble the
screen, Rebuild the cabinets
Control System & Image Rendering
Purpose of the Test:
- Once the screen is installed according to the normal cabinet
configuration, we make sure we can normally control it.
Parameters to check:
- rcg/.con files
- quality of the image/video
Solution in case of failure: Modify rcg/.con file
Brightness, Calibration and Uniformity Checking
Purpose of the Test:
- We will check the maximum brightness your screen can
give, and evaluate its eveness in RGB and White. We also make sure
the masks are dark and uniform.
Parameters to check:
- RGB & White eveness
- Brightness
- quality of the mask
Solution in case of failure: Re/calibrate the
screen, change the masks, rescrew the masks
On-site Full White (255) Testing
Purpose of the Test:
- We will do an aging test, at full white. This is to see the
performance of the screen in term of image and heat dissipation.
Parameters to check:
- reliability of the soldering
- continuity of the Brightness/colours
Solution in case of failure: to be checked with
client
Water-proof Testing
Purpose of the Test:
- For outdoor cabinet we will do front and rear waterproof testing,
we check that no water is infiltrating the screen, particularly for
front face.
Parameters to check:
- front waterproof grade
- rear waterproof grade
Solution in case of failure: Re-build cabinets
Vibration Testing
Purpose of the Test:
- We will perform a 10 minutes vibration test in order to simulate
transportation and make sure that all components are properly fixed.
Parameters to check:
- how are the components attached to the cabinets and to each other
- is the cabinet still working after testing
Solution in case of failure: Re-screw the
components
LED Specifications Checking
Purpose of the Test:
- We will pick up LED from the spare parts and check their specs.
Parameters to check:
- wave length
- Colour temperature
- Diffusion angle
Solution in case of failure: Change modules
Spare part Listing
Purpose of the Test:
- We check list your spare parts in order to be sure that
you will have all what you ordered.
Parameters to check:
- full spare part list
Solution in case of failure: Re-prepare the spare
parts box
Packing
Purpose of the Test:
- We state the quality of the packings to make sure that the screen
will not be damaged during transportation.
Parameters to check:
- Resistance of the wooden boxes
- Resistance of the flight cases
Solution in case of failure: Change the packing
Shipping Documents
Purpose of the Test:
- If necessary we will check the shipping documents to ensure that
designation of product and packing list are ok.
Parameters to check:
- Booking form
- Packing list
Solution in case of failure: Modify documents
Full Pictorial Report
Purpose of the Test:
- Our report will always come together with high quality pictures
(provided separately from the report).
